In my effort to catch up on posting, I want to start off with a sneak peek of Bill & Janean’s wedding. We had beautiful weather for their outdoor wedding – lighting was a challenge, but we can deal with anything :-). This was the third wedding we have done within this family – we photographed Janean’s neice’s wedding in the spring of 2006, then her nephew’s wedding later that year. It was great to see everyone again! Being a lover of footwear myself, I am thrilled when brides choose shoes that are unique to their personality. Check out Janean’s boots:
One of the wedding themes was horseshoes, so the grooms cake was shaped as a horseshoe…
…and Janean even wore a horseshoe necklace and earrings
Bill was one of the happiest grooms we have worked with all year, he was so excited to finally be able to call Janean his wife. He took a bit of time before the ceremony to contemplate his good fortune.
