My day with the Cowboys

As someone who has lived most of the last 39 years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I am a Dallas Cowboy fan. I have watched them win all 5 of their Super Bowls (on TV). I have been to many games and met many players. When I got a call from the Cowboys several weeks ago about a photo system I was thrilled. Well, yesterday was the big day – I spent the afternoon at Valley Ranch. Now don’t get too excited – I did not meet Jerry Jones or Wade Phillips or any other current or past players…

I spent the afternoon yesterday working with members of the Cowboys marketing department to set up a photo system they can use for promotions at games and other events. They will be able to take green screen photos of Cowboys fans and put them in a variety of settings – on the field, with players or cheerleaders, with Super Bowls rings or trophies – whatever their marketing team can dream up! I worked with Justin yesterday and he did a great job. I also got to work with one of the Cowboys photographers, Richie Humphreys. Richie had taken the photo at the Philadelphia game that we used for their first chroma-key photo. Below is a green screen photo taken of me yesterday at Valley Ranch. We did not get around to incorporating the Dallas Cowboys logo today, but that will be added soon. I offered to help them at a future game so hopefully they will take me up on it. Keep checking the blog.

I huge thanks goes out to the Dallas Cowboys for letting my share this photo with you!

Happy Trails!
