Samantha & Austin were married last night in a beautiful sunset ceremony at the Dallas Arboretum.  Everything was perfect – from the weather to the flowers to the vintage Bentley that whisked them away at the end of the night.  We know that Samantha and Austin will have a life filled with love and laughter and we wish them all the best.  Thank you for making us part of your amazing day!

And a wedding sneak peek would not be complete without a photobooth photo!

When we first met Lindsey she told us that a big, formal wedding was not their style at all – she and Evan wanted a casual, western feel to their day and most of all, they wanted everyone to just sit back, relax and enjoy being together. They decided the perfect place for them to do this was at the Stockyard Hotel and I don’t think they could have found a more perfect setting!  As their ceremony approach the sky clouded over just enough so nobody was melting during their outdoor ceremony, and we even had time to sneak Lindsey and Evan to one of our favorite spots in Fort Worth for photos before dinner.

Allyson and Chris got married back in 2011 (on 11-11-11, actually) and they got a quick sneak peek on the blog but their wedding hasn’t quite made it on the blog yet.  Yes, I am THAT far behind on blogging.  Well, they just recently added a very sweet baby boy to their family so I figured the least I could do was put some of their photobooth fun on the blog so when baby Brady gets older, mommy and daddy can show him how silly them and their family and friends were on the day they got married.  Congratulations – we couldn’t be happier for you!

Tracy and Clint met at a swing dance class and the rest is history.  We had an amazing engagement shoot at the famous Gruene Hall where Clint & Tracy got to try out a few moves before the Hall opened – I don’t know who had more fun, us or them.

Tracy & Clint’s wedding day started with a beautiful ceremony at St John the Apostle in Richland Hills.  The stained glass windows were the perfect backdrop for some photos of Tracy and her bridesmaids, while the guys headed outside to do some photos (and managed to get locked out, but that is another story!)

After a short ride in a friend’s 1965 Chevy Impala, Tracy & Clint arrived at Chateau at Forest Park for their reception.  They chose this location specifically for their huge, wood dance floor and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for their group of swing dancers.  After a fabulous first dance, the floor was opened up for what turned out to be one of the longest “dollar dances” we have ever seen.  We lost count of how many songs they went through because people kept getting back in line to take yet another spin around the dance floor with the happy couple.  The photo was a huge hit as always, and it was fun to watch this huge group photo bomb Tracy & Clint’s last photo booth shot. As the sun started to set, they were whisked away again in that classic Chevy Impala.

A Canadian marrying a Texan… you know we would be totally on board with that (especially since this bride was born in Poland, one of our all-time favorite countries to visit).  We were lucky enough to meet Beata and David through one of our other 2012 couples, Caroline & Taylor, which always makes for an extra fun wedding day for us.

Beata & David were married at the always stunning Marty Leonard Chapel. Beata’s sister from Ontario was not only Maid of Honor but official hair and makeup toucher-upper and while the girls finished getting ready, David took a quick run back to his house to retrieve the rings (oops).  Fortunately, the rest of the day ran smoothly and couldn’t have been more perfect. David, being the tech-guru that he is, even set up a live feed for Beata’s family in Poland to watch.

As soon as we wrapped up photos at the chapel we headed to the wonderfully historic YWCA in downtown Fort Worth. Their unique and personal decor consisted a collection of long lost family photos, antique books and vases and some amazing florals.  Having shot a wedding in Poland the previous year, we were familiar with a few of their wedding traditions but this was a new one – David drinking a shot of vodka out of Beata’s shoe.

After a delicious Lebanese meal (YUM!!!), the dancing began.
